As a property owner living and working in West Volusia, I want to see that our taxpayer funds are spent prudently with the most benefit going to healthcare for our most vulnerable residents while ensuring that our Hospital Authority is around for many more years to come.
I, personally, see our taxpayer money not as an expense to myself & my family; although, it is, but as an investment back into our community and our most vulnerable residents.
